Due to ongoing Auto Immune issues, I’ve experienced physical therapy at a few facilities around the valley. So, when my doctor recommended PT this time for the severe pain in my lower back and hips, I knew exactly what I wanted in the next place I went to for treatment. After searching online near my home, reading and comparing reviews, I came across Revive Physical Therapy and Wellness. I took it upon myself to go by, take a tour and talk with them before I committed to going. I was greeted with smiles from the ladies at the front desk as soon as I walked into the center. I was graciously given a tour and was introduced to Dr. Saeed Monterrey, where we briefly spoke. All I can say is that you can tell a lot about a place and people by the energy given off at the time. And for me, from the beginning, there was nothing but positive energy and no chaos, which confirmed that this was the place for me. After making an appointment and coming in for the assessment, I was scheduled for 15 sessions. My pain had rendered me with limited mobility, so my expectations were not very high that I would be done in this time frame. BUT! I can honestly say both Saeed and Alyssa had me feeling so much better by the end of my 5th session, that I thought I could do a few dance moves! The treatments I got and from observing the other Physical Therapists, they all seem to really enjoy what they do. There is a collaborative, but light-hearted environment among all the therapists and patients. I found them to be very knowledgeable, who genuinely care about their patients and most of all wanting each of us to leave there better than when we came. This also included being educated on how to continue the exercises at home in order to function well in our daily lives with limited to no pain.

I have been following my post-treatment exercises and I am doing and feeling great!

I want to personally thank both Saeed and Alyssa for getting me back moving again and enjoying life! But also, give a shout out to the rest of the team for their encouragement. I feel truly bless to have found your center.
