When I started Physical Therapy, I was in pain. My knee was hurting so bad. Lifting my leg hurt and bending my knee was painful. I was unable to run and standing up after sitting was painful for several steps and I sometimes though I would fall. I didn’t believe that simple exercises would help, but I was wrong. Sticking to the therapy and following the at home exercises worked and I can run, jump, and wear my high heels again. I still get a twinge or two and I just start my therapy exercises and it goes away. I get nervous that my knee is weak but it is just me. Thank you for being kind and patient.

After walking up and down a ridiculously steep hill for 20 minutes (40-50 degrees), I reinjured old knee issues from years of downhill skiing. At times, last fall, I could barely walk even in my home, without considerable pain in my left knee. Thanks to 10-12 sessions with Dalton, David, and Alyssa. I am now virtually pain free and moving comfortably even with osteo-arthritis in both knees. Revive has been a great help and Dalton, David and Alyssa have been very knowledgeable. Professional, helpful, and funny! This is a great place.

When I first came here, I had been experiencing pain from knee surgery from my youth. I was worried I would need surgery. After receiving treatment my range of motion is amazing. I can sit and stand with no issues and I am back to dancing in my living room! The staff has been so amazing and encouraging, and I feel like I have been given a brand-new body, it’s amazing!

I've come to Revive for a couple different issues, both experiences were great. As for my knees, they felt like they were aging a few decades ahead of me and struggling to get me up from the floor. It didn't take long to feel at home here, everyone is so personable. After what seemed like personal training sessions/massage a couple times a week, I don't even notice my knee issue anymore, whoo hoo! Same for my neck- Resting on the sofa, sleeping, and trying to look behind me was stiff and painful- and after some PT and super helpful dry needling, I'm feeling much better. Thanks Revive!

The crew at Revive are wonderful. I tore cartilage in my knee and was not able to walk 40 yards without feeling like the knee would give out. After just a few visits with Revive my knee started to feel better. After a few more visits I could walk without a limp. When I finished my sessions I could walk several miles a day with no real problems. I hope I never need to go back but if I get injured again they will be high on the list of people to work with. Thank you Revive. Update June 2024: I went to see Revive after developing tennis/golf elbow. My elbow was in pain anytime I pushed off with my left arm. After only a few sessions I'm almost pain free and can enjoy my daily activities. Thank you so much, Revive.

I had surgery for a meniscus tear in my knee in early 2020, and was kind of resigned to being unable to run or do much lower body weight training. I came to Revive in 2023 and they did a great job getting me back to being able to run and do weight training confidently. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

I came to Revive after having a total knee replacement. I worked primarily with Saeed, and also with Angelica, Alyssa and Andy. Throughout my treatment at Revive, I received comprehensive, focused therapy that greatly improved my recovery and return to regular activities of life. All my questions and concerns were listened to and all the staff were very responsive in supporting me in my recovery. Throughout the process, I was challenged and provided with meaningful home exercises that augmented my in-person therapy. I highly recommend Revive Physical Therapy and Wellness! They are professionals of the highest caliber who care about their patients

"My journey at Revive Physical Therapy has been truly life-changing! Suffering from debilitating knee pain and swelling, I lost the freedom to do things I wanted. However, thanks to the exceptional care I received, I am now pain-free. Saeed played a crucial role in my recovery. His expertise and personalized approach made a remarkable difference. The office itself feels like a warm and welcoming family, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. If you're seeking outstanding care, a supportive environment, and life-altering results, look no further. I cannot recommend them enough for their exceptional service and their genuine care is evident."

Blew out my knee after being tackled by a Labrador retriever puppy. Limped into Revive, barely able to walk. Two months later, all my problems have been resolved. I'm walking normally and back to all my previous activities. Alyssa and Isaac worked on my knee, body mechanics, and encouraged me at every new step. Once I made the mental decision to follow directions and do the home exercises, my healing came rapidly thanks to the wisdom and ability of Isaac and Alyssa.

Prior to coming to Revive I was having trouble doing squats in my step class and walking up stairs. Once I started PT at Revive my left knee was feeling better almost right away. After 4 weeks my knee is almost 100% and I can get back to my step class. I loved working with Isaac, he was the best! He gave me some good exercises to work with at home to keep me going strong. Thank you so much!

10 out of 10! Loved it all! Staff are amazing, work well together, and know what they are doing! I felt very comfortable, accepted, and improved rapidly and well! Mostly, the whole experience was great! If I ever need PT again, I’ll be back here.

I’ve seen Dr. Monterrey twice: once for plantar fasciitis and several years later for knee and leg pain/weakness. In both cases, Dr. Monterrey restored my ability to move and exercise pain free. His coaching on exercises and continuing home conditioning have been excellent, and I expect to continue getting stronger by following his guidance.

I had loss of motion in my left knee. It was hard to bend and I had pain with bending during activities and sleeping. Revive exercises helped me to regain my motion pain-free when walking or exercising. The strength training helped me feel normal again but with more strength!
