I came to Revive because of lower back pain that was running down my leg. Working out and lifting is what I loved to do and I could no longer train the way I wanted to. At least not without pain. I honestly didn’t think I would ever squat/ deadlift heavy again. Dalton figured out flaws in my training and we retrained my body how to correctly and smartly train. The journey was longer than I wanted but I’m finally back doing what I love. I owe my recovery to Dalton.
