Before PT, I had chronic pain throughout the day. Standing and walking were particularly problematic. Doing either activity for more than 20 minutes was very painful. Vacuuming and washing the floor also made my back worse. As I began PT and the daily exercises, I found that my back pain started to recede and I could stand and walk without pain. I have been pain-free for a while and enjoy being more active than I have been in a long time.
