DR SAEED MONTERREY, PT, DPT, OCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
Dr. Saeed completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He then moved to the Valley to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at A.T. Still University. There, he met his lovely wife, Dr. Dayna Monterrey, and together, they co-founded Revive Physical Therapy & Wellness with a shared vision of elevating the community's healthcare by providing superior, evidence-based, and personalized non-invasive orthopedic treatment.
As a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS), Dr. Saeed specializes in spinal rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery. His treatment approach is rooted in hands-on manual therapy, creating the optimal environment for tissue repair, remodeling, and neuromuscular re-education. He also has extensive training in spinal manipulation/mobilization and the McKenzie approach, particularly for patients with spinal and extremity mechanical pain. Dr. Saeed firmly believes that movement is essential to health and that an active lifestyle is the key to long-term well-being.
Beyond his work, Dr. Saeed is a devoted husband and a proud father of three. He cherishes spending time with his children, whether running around and playing outside, watching their sports activities, or camping up north with the family-a favorite tradition that allows them to unwind and connect with nature.
Passionate about his profession, Dr. Saeed is dedicated to helping his patients regain function and find lasting pain relief, empowering them to live healthier, more active lives.

DR. ANDY MEZA, PT, DPT, AIB-VRC

Dr. Andy is an Arizona native from the border town of Yuma, Arizona. He spent his early years in Yuma before moving north to attend Arizona State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. As an active ASU Sun Devil, Dr. Andy took part in various volunteer opportunities in the physical therapy field and quickly fell in love with the profession after witnessing firsthand the profound impact skilled physical therapy can have on quality of life. After graduating, he moved to Mesa to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University.
Dr. Andy has a strong passion for treating balance and orthopedic conditions. He enjoys connecting with his patients and educating them about their condition, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. He firmly believes in the power of a personalized treatment plan and is committed to ensuring that each patient's individual goals are met.
When he's not in the clinic, Dr. Andy enjoys leading an active lifestyle. He has developed a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, continuously training and refining his skills. He also enjoys strength training in his free time to stay fit and strong. On weekends, he loves visiting Yuma to spend time with friends and family or exploring new restaurants and food spots around town.
