DR SAEED MONTERREY, PT, DPT, OCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Member of the American Physical Therapy Association
Dr. Saeed completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. He then moved to the Valley to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at A.T. Still University. Saeed enjoyed the valley life so much he decided to stay and opened Revive Physical Therapy and Wellness with a vision of elevating the community’s healthcare by providing superior evidance based and personalized non-invasive orthopaedic treatment. Saeed is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS), with a strong focus in spinal rehabilitation, sports injury and post-operative rehabilitation. His treatment approach is focused on hands-on manual therapy promoting optimal climate for tissue repair, remodel and neuromuscular re-education. He also has extensive experience and training using spinal manipulation/mobilization and McKenzie approach when treating patients with spine and extremity mechanical pain. Saeed strongly believes that our bodies are made to move and an active lifestyle is the pinnacle of health. Dr. Saeed loves what he does and his patients can expect to see significant functional improvement and pain relief under his care.
DR. ANDY MEZA, PT, DPT, AIB-VRC
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Andy is an Arizona native from the border town of Yuma, Arizona. He spent his early years in Yuma until moving North to attend Arizona State University where he received a bachelors in Kinesiology. As an active ASU Sun Devil, Andy found himself involved in volunteer opportunities in physical therapy field and quickly fell in love with the profession after seeing first-hand the impact skilled physical therapy can have on quality of life. After graduating, Andy skipped over to the nearby city of Mesa to complete his doctorate in physical therapy at A.T. Still University. When hanging up his cape, Andy enjoys an active life and staying fit and has developed a passion training and mastering the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Andy also loves escaping to Yuma on the weekends to enjoy his friends and family or staying in town and discovering a new food or restaurant.

Cole Bembenek, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Cole is a dedicated and passionate physical therapist originally from Rosholt, Wisconsin. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he developed a strong foundation in exercise science and rehabilitation. Following his undergrad, Cole pursued his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Clarke University in Iowa, where he honed his clinical skills and deepened his understanding of patient care.
With a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of his patients, Cole believes in the power of personalized treatment plans that address each individual's unique needs. He focuses on developing real, sustainable change through a combination of evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Cole's approach emphasizes collaboration with patients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
In his free time, Cole enjoys exploring the vast hiking trails the valley has to offer, seeking out local coffee shops, and exploring new restaurants. He also enjoys playing pickleball and spending quality time with friends and family in his free time.

Jose Garcia Maldonado, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
While completing his Bachelors degree at ASU in Kinesiology, Jose pursued a career as a personal trainer, working closely with clients to help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. During this time, he discovered the profound benefits of functional body training and the healing power of movement.
Motivated by his desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, Jose decided to pursue a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant. He completed his program through Gateway Community College first in his class and became a licensed clinical provider.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, spending time in the kitchen, immersing himself in different cultures, and trying new foods. He also loves spending time outdoors, particularly with his two dogs, Koda and Talulah, who are always up for an adventure.
Victoria Valenzuela, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Victoria is a dedicated physical therapist assistant who graduated from Gateway Community College. Before transitioning to physical therapy, she spent four years working in Arizona's film industry after earning her bachelor's degree in film from Arizona State University. This unique background fuels her passion for discussing movies and TV shows, so don't hesitate to share some recommendations!
Victoria's interest in physical therapy was sparked in high school when she learned that a weak core made carrying a heavy drum in marching band incredibly painful. This experience deepened her understanding of the body's mechanics and the importance of strength and stability.
Motivated by a desire to help others regain their mobility and improve their quality of life, Victoria is committed to her role as a physical therapist assistant. She values the connections she builds with her patients and is dedicated to supporting their recovery journeys.
Outside of the PT clinic, Victoria enjoys tackling tough hikes, discovering new music at live events, and exploring exciting new cities. She believes that staying active and engaged with the world around her enriches her life and enhances her practice.

DR. DAYNA MONTERREY N.M.D
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine
Dr. Dayna Monterrey completed her undergraduate studies in Edmonton Alberta Canada where she earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and Bachelor of Arts in psychology. After graduation, she moved to Phoenix AZ to pursue a licensed medical degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dayna is happily married to her husband Saeed, and they have two beautiful “fur children” named Kimo and Kona. Dayna has a strong interest and specializes in bio-identical hormone therapy, treating both men and women. It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of sliver and gold- Mahatma Gandhi
